Cultural Visits in Lanzarote
Most of the visitors in Lanzarote are attracted by the sea and the sun of our beautiful island, but there's a way to spend cultural and tanning holidays in this isle.
Lanzarote offers a wide range of interesting places to visit which I now recommend in this page.
Cesar Manrique, born 1919 and tragically deceased 1992, made possible the tourist visit to unique places such as "La Cueva de Los Verdes" The green's caves, "Los Jameos del Agua" The watercave, "Las Montañas del Fuego" The fire Mountains, "El Monumento al Campesino" The monument to the farmer, "La Fundación César Manrique" The foundation César Manrique, "El Castillo San José" The Castle San Jose, "El Mirador del Río", "El Jardín de Cactus" the Cactus garden.
César Manrique loved his birth island in a very special way, he dedicated his entire life to make Lanzarote "The best place in the world", and he dressed the wild nature of certain places in Lanzarote to achieve what you witness when you visit the island. La Cueva de Los Verdes
